This directive is given pending a determination on a suit against the Governor that claims that the wealth was embezzled from the government of Migori County. Among the assets frozen is a residential property situated in Loresho in Nairobi County.

Among the frozen assets are the governor's home in Loresho Ridge, Nairobi, and three luxury automobiles.
