Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka has ordered Finance Cabinet Secretary Ukur Yatani arrested for defying several invitations to appear before the Senate committee. According to Mr Lusaka, CS Yatani has refused to appear before the Senate Committee to comment on the national government's decision to delay the county's finances.
