Luo Council of Elders have ganged up on the ODM leader Raila Odinga for meddling with their issues. The elders have claimed that the opposition leader is meeting elders behind their backs with the intention of selecting a new chairman of the Luo Council of Elders. According to the council chairman, he is the one to choose the person who will succeed him as the next chairman.
