Reactions As Mt Kenya MP Breaks Silence Over BBI's Stalemate, Says It Should Be Returned To Counties

Kirinyaga County Women Representative Hon Wangui Ngirici has taken the social media to hint the number of Counties in Kenya that are allegedly debated on the correct Building Bridges Initiative bill and those which didn't not follow the right procedures.In a post by the lawmaker, she claimed that it's now clear that only 13 county Assemblies debated the correct Bill and that the rest received a "fictitious" Bill.
