Kenya is once again mourning the death of a popular politician in the country.This is the second time Matungu constituency is mourning following the death of its member of parliament some months ago.According to the reports reaching our news desk, the former member of parliament for matungu constituency Joseph Wamukoya died this evening aged 80 years.
