Female Prisoner Stage a Daring Escape at Police Gate While Under Security Watch of Two Officers
A multi-agency security team in Nairobi have launched a manhunt for a female remandee who reportedly escaped while at Kayole Police Station. 32-year-old Veronica Mutheu took advantage of a security lapse and easily walked away like any other person. Mutheu had been arrested for stealing and was escorted at Makadara Law Court on the same day.
