In an operation conducted by sleuths drawn from the Transnational Organized Crimes and the Anti Narcotics units, one female suspect identified as Nuru Murshid Mahfud, 29, was also arrested following the meticulous operation.
A 29 year old lady has been arrested by Directorate of Criminal Investigations, DCI. According to reports, DCI have managed to seized a large consignment of cocaine, whose street value is estimated to be around Ksh 100 million after arresting the lady. Reports also states, the lady has been arrested in Utange, Mombasa County.
In a search that took place late yesterday evening, members of the anti- narcotics unit headquartered in Mombasa found and seized a quantity of drugs that are worth a lot. A residence in Utange, which is located in Mombasa county, was searched by detectives, and they were able to seize a quantity of cocaine estimated to be worth 100 MILLION SH.
