Opiyo Wandayi, a member of parliament for the Unguja constituency who also serves as the minority leader in the National Assembly, has expressed concern that the majority of members of the 13th parliament might not be re-elected to their seats in the 2027 elections. On Thursday, during a morning session on the floor of the house, Wandayi made the statement that the CDF issue is a contentious issue that the lawmakers needed to address with immediate effect.
