The Sarai group to deploy 1.1billion ksh within the next month for the reviving of the company.

The Uganda-based conglomerate Sarai group says that it will deploy at least 1.1 billion shillings to get Mumia's sugar firm back to operations within the next six to eight months before undertaking further capital expenditure. It is hoping to place the struggling Miller on sound financial footing. The Sarai group says that it has already completed plying the 400 hectares of the nucleus estate in preparation for the planting season, shrugging off raging consent around being in contempt of court.
