Most Feared Criminal Arrested, 3 More Suspects Escape; AK-47 Riffle Recovered After Fierce Operation
Police have reportedly arrested the most feared criminal involved in major criminal activities in Turkana particularly cattle rustling. According to a report issued by the National Police Service on November 22, the said suspect was arrested in Turkana Central following a tip-off from members of public in the region.

Former Orange Democratic Movement party Senator Imana Malachy Ekal has landed a major appointment in Turkana County. The vocal Senator who later joined Wiper party before loosing his seat has been appointed as the political advisor in the County Government of Turkana. The major appointments done by the current Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai has also seen the former Sports Principal Secretary Richard Ekai landing a job as the economic advisor.Malachy was elected as the Turkana Senator under ODM ticket in 2017.

According to reports from Turkana Central Subcounty Commander Lemmy Njiru, they received complains from the public over being Attacked by a group of criminal gangs in the area.
