The news of his untimely demise has been broken to the public by the former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka through his social media handle. According to news reports, General Jackson Munyao died at one of the Nairobi Hospitals where he was recieving treatment.
Retired General Daudi Tonje's name is perfectly inscribed into the books of history. Anyone undergoing military training in Kenya will never miss to hear the name of this great man who once led the service during the time of the late Retired President Moi.
