The International Criminal Case involving Kenyan Lawyer Paul Gicheru is slated to take place on 24th September after it was postponed from September 17th following his appeal. Gicheru was to travel to Hague, but his request to attend the trial virtually was granted, with Trial Chamber III Judge Miatta Samba giving Gicheru a condition that he will link up with the ICC registry to make sure the session is not delayed.
