As part of their professional mandates, all teachers working under the Teachers Service Commission, TSC, are required to fill the Teacher Professional Appraisal and Development (TPAD) which is used by the commission as a yardstick on teachers delivery and self evaluation. When filing the TPAD files, teachers are supposed to upload evidence of what they are doing in school and at the classroom level as a confirmation that they are physically executing their mandates properly.
