Teacher Service Commission has revised their recruitment procedures to favour all Bachelor of education graduates who may have graduated long time ago and they didn't manage to get the required grades but they have taught for a long time Currently TSC awards marks based on the year of graduation of which those who graduated between 2011-2012 are awarded up to 25 marks in the interview ,while others between 2015-2020 are given a maximum of 10 points this is to give more opportunity for those who have stayed long without employment.
