A Lobby group has moved to court to stop NCIC from banning 'Sipangwingwi' and 'watajua hawajui' slang. Led by two lawyers Felix Kiprono and Vincent Yegon, the group filed a suit challenging the ban of 'hatupangwingwi' a common phrase used in DP Ruto's campaigns as a hate word.
