The 71 years old Mr. Peterson Mwangi Ngunyi who is also suffering from memory loss boarded the SGR train heading Mombasa on 11th May 22021.He took the Madaraka Express at exactly 8 am from Nairobi station.Citing the invalidity of his ticket, the SGR officials kicked him out at Athi River terminus.
The Kenya Railways has announced the resumption of the Madaraka express train service operations between Nairobi and Mombasa county stations.The Madaraka express SGR services had come to a halt following the imposition of the lockdown by President Uhuru.However, the lockdown was lifted on Labour day by the president.
