IEBC starts a new round of mass registration drives as it will run for 21days

The second mass of registration drive begins as it will run for 21days. The exercise is expected to register about 4.5 million new voters ahead of the August 2022 elections. However, with the IEBC expressing optimism that they will meet the target the commission, says it will wait for the court's decision on the 24th of January pending the commission's directive to all civil servants seeking public office requiring them to quit six months before the election.
