Raila Odinga's Siaya backyard has gotten its first goodies from President William Ruto's government hours after its Governor James Orengo paid a courtesy call to Agriculture CS Mithika Linturi at Kilimo House on Tuesday morning. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Siaya county will now benefit from Ksh4 billion rice production program from the government.
Siaya governor hon James Orengo has for the first time congratulated president Ruto for approving the 4 billion mega project for the of siaya from Ruto's government. President Ruto's government has been allocating projects in a bipartisan manner even to the regions that never voted for him.
