According to the source, it has now emerged that he was using a public service vehicle to Marsabit when it was stopped by people who appeared to be security officers.
Sad news have befallen the family of missing Kenya Wildlife Service Chief Inspector Francis Isaack Oyaro after he was found dead and his body dumped in the famous river Yala. Francis Oyaro was reported missing on August 28th 2021 by his family. The deceased was travelling to Nairobi from his workplace in Marsabit County.

Francis Isaack Oyaro was abducted while on his way to Nakuru at Nyeri by people who knew him in 2021 and was never seen again by his family who have been frantically searching for him all over.
A postmoterm examination exposed how John Kiruki Karimi, 28, met his death before his body was found dumped in River Yala after he went missing on November 15, 2021. Speaking to Nation, Kiruki's family stated that the examination revealed that he was hit on the head using a blunt object.

Two out of three bodies that had been spotted floating on River Yala on Friday have been fished out as one of the bodies was allegedly washed away by the raging waters of River Yala overnight. One of the corpses had reportedly been blind folded with a piece of cloth and its mouth gagged, with the other one having a polythene bag wrapped over its head covering the face.
