Her name is Dr. Resila Onyango. She is an Ivy League graduate, a Senior Superintendent of Police and currently the Deputy Director of Planning at the Office of the Inspector General of Police. She earned her PhD and Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice-The City University of New York and thus becoming the first Kenyan police officer to earn a PhD.

Police Constable Brian Odhiambo, a gallant officer in Nakuru County sustained injuries while pursuing criminals in the Ngata area, National Police Service (NPS) has confirmed.
