A controversial politician Reuben Kigame has allegedly revealed why he thinks president William Ruto's August victory was a planned one from IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati and chief justice Martha Koome. Speaking via his official YouTube account, Kigame allegedly revealed that IEBC chairman made several attempts to impose challenges to independent candidate ( him) than the two bigwigs, William Ruto and Azimio la Umoja's chief Raila Odinga.
