The new ADC is deputised by Lt. Col. Damaris Agnetta from the Kenya Army. She takes over from Racheal Nduta Kamui who has also been promoted to a full Colonel and deployed to DoD. The former ADC and his deputy were from the Kenya Navy and Kenya Air Force respectively.

The incumbent Head of State President William Ruto has finally appointed Colonel Fabian Lengusuranga from the Kenya Army as his new Aide-De-Camp. Col. Lengusuranga takes over from Timothy Lekolool who has been promoted to Brigadier and deployed to the Department of Defence headquarters. The new ADC will be deputised by Lt. Col. Damaris Agnetta, also from the Kenya Army.

One of the things that caught the public eye when there was change if guard between former president Uhuru Kenyatta and the current one William Ruto is how the ADC Lekolool shifted from Uhuru to Ruto. Immediately Uhuru handed over the instruments of power, Lekolool moved and stood behind Ruto.

President William Samoei Ruto has a new Aide- De- Camp colonel Fabian Lengusuranga from Kenya Army. He accompanied him today to DP Rigathi's older brother Jack Reriani's funeral. Lengusuranga has taken over from former Brigadier Timothy Stelu Lekolool who has been redeployed to Department of Defense headquarters.
