Dr. Joseph K. Kinyua, Head of the Public Service and Chairperson of the National Security Advisory Committee (NSAC)have this afternoon held a press conference at Harambee addressing matters on security at the country. Kinyua thanked Kenyana for conducting a peaceful election free of chaos and asked Kenyans to return back to their normal lifes.
