According to the information shared by the Star, Wycliffe Ochiaga has been appointed the acting Managing Director of the Lake Basin Development Authority (LBDA) headquartered in the lakeside city of Kisumu taking over from Raymond Omollo who had held the position before his appointment as the PS in the Ministry of Interior and National Coordination by President William Ruto.
