Deadly Accident In HomaBay After Rai Cement Trailer Lost Control, Rammed Into Residential's. (Photos) A very deadly accident has taken place this morning in Homabay county, and this involved a RAI cement trailer that was loaded with several bags of cement. The trailor is said to have lost control and that's when it rammed into residential building's or house's that are besides the road and destroyed some of them as you can see in the pictures.
A boat carrying sixteen passengers has capsized in lake Victoria in Homa Bay county on Tuesday evening.Nyanza police boss Karanja Muiruri said that a total number of ten people are missing after six passengers who were in the ill-fated boat were rescued and rushed to the nearby hospital. According to reports,the boat was heading to Pier beach from Suba north at 6 pm when the accident occurred.Rescue mission are still underway in search of the missing passengers as members of the public are urged to be exta careful as the search continues.
Two people were found dead while six others were missing on Tuesday in a boat accident in Lake Victoria in Homa Bay County. Eight other passengers were saved. Homa Bay Township chief Joshua Ochogo who confirmed the incident said the bodies of a middle-aged woman together with one-and-a-half-year-old child were pulled out by rescuers and moved to Homa Bay County Referral Hospital morgue.
A search and rescue operation is currently ongoing in Pier beach, Homa Bay county this was after boat carrying 16 people capsized in Lake Victoria. The boat which was carrying 16 people overturned around 500 meters away from pier beach in near Homa Bay town. The boat was traveling from Homa Bay headed to Ndhuru beach in Suba South constituency which was about 12km away from Homabay town.
