COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli wants Ministry of Labour Cabinet Secretary Simon Chelugui and Principal Secretary Eng. Peter Tum fired for failing to comply with a presidential directive. Atwoli accuses Chelugui and Eng. Tum of being disrespectful to President Uhuru Kenyatta for failing to gazette the appointment of Rose Omamo to the NSSF Board as directed by the Head of State during Labour Day celebrations on May 1, 2022.
