Artist Peter Oteng alias Storm Dwarchild died a painful death after he was murdered in cold blood and his body dumped by the roadside in Bungoma. According to eyewitnesses, his lifeless body was found with cuts of a panga. The police in collaboration with Hon. Wamunyinyi who was Peter's boss promised to get to the root of that matter and get the killers arrested.
