Three national government administrators in Mathira Constituency, Nyeri County have revealed that they received phone calls from deputy president Rigathi Gachagua following allegations that they were supporting the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance boss Raila Odinga during the August 9th, 2022 elections. As quoted by the Daily Nation on Thursday, the three; two chiefs Dadson Ithiru and George Mukabi alongside an assistant chief Burton Chiuma argued that they received the calls from the DP who threatened to sack them for allegedly being Azimio aligned.
