Recently a report was released indicating the legislatures who were assumed not to have ever spoken on the parliament floor during any session. Amongst the legislatures in the list was Kisumu Central Constituency Member of Parliament Hon. Fred Ouda. Ouda came into limelight in the 2017 where he is remembered to have gone to the IEBC head offices in Kisumu and locked himself at gate with a chain a sign to show protest on behalf of his party leader and a presidential candidate at that time.
Kisumu is one of the cities in Kenya and it's located in the Nyanza Region. Kisumu is headed by governor Prof Anyang Nyong'o and the county senator is Hon Fred Ouda.
