State Counsel Everlyn Onunga has told a Nairobi Court that Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino's lawyers have covered a lot of ground in negotiating an out of court settlement with DJ Evolve who was shot by the MP at a Nairobi entertainment joint two years ago. In her submission before the court , Onunga said both Owino and DJ Evolve's lawyers are having a deliberations on how to solve the case out of court.
