Japheth Onchiri, Busia prisons in charge Prison wardens and police officers in Busia town have launched manhunt for a prisoner who escaped from Korinda prison in Busia town Friday morning. The prison’s superintendent Japheth Onchiri has told journalists that the prisoner, Shadrack Onyapidi aged 25years from Amukura in Teso south sub county Busia county, escaped from the prison by scaling the prison wall at 3am on Friday.
