Kikuyu community living in the North Rift have revealed the presidential candidate of their choice come 2022. According to Vice chairman Northrift Kikuyu Association Joseph Wainaina they will support Deputy president William Ruto's presidential bid come 2022. "As Kikuyu's living in Uasin Gishu we have decided that come rain come sunshine we will support the deputy president William Ruto's presidential bid come 2022.We are supporting him not because he is a Kalenjin but because he is fit to be the country's next president," said Wainaina while speaking to the press in Eldoret town.
