The Kenyan Director of Public Prosecutions "DPP" Haji Noordin has threatened to take Legal action against the Teachers Employer, the Teachers Service Commission "TSC" for failing to adopt policies that protect the Kenyan teachers, in areas prone to insecurity. According to Noordin, it is the responsibility of the teachers service commission, to find solutions to the issues affecting teachers in insecurity prone areas, and not a responsibility of the community.
