According to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, the report regarding the disappearance of 3,000 Kenya Integrated Electoral Management System kits is false and deceptive. Wafula Chebukati, chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), stated in a statement on Wednesday that the auditor general's report made reference to BVR kits and not KIEMS kits.
