Police officers in Bungoma police have arrested a taxi driver at Ndengelwa market on Webuye-Malaba road while ferrying illegal cigarettes.According to the Deputy OCPD Bungoma south, Patrick Gogo, police officers at Ndengelwa roadblock suspected a Toyota car with registration number KCE019E, he added that the police stopped the fast-moving vehicle for a crackdown but the driver violated the order which propelled one of the officers to shoot the tire.
