The communication has been made by the ODM party National Elections Board where they noted that following the conclusion of cases lodged at the parties appeals tribunal and the political parties disputes tribunal, the party had resolved some of the issues addressed to them.
According to news hitting the air waves just now, Gem parliamentarian Elisha Odhiambo has won a case against his rival after several weeks of controversy. Elisha had lost his ODM certificate after the party's election board nullified his win citing some voting infringements. Elisha was accused of causing violence during the process.

The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) says it received a total of 166 complaints from the party primaries held on Thursday, April 14. UDA's Electoral and Nominations Disputes Committee noted that the complaints were filed by aspirants who expressed dissatisfaction with the outcomes of the nominations that saw 1,031 positions attracts contestants.
