Clinton Obwocha and Daisy Barongo, a recent graduate, were killed in the Narok-Bomet road accident on Christmas Eve.According to police, the car they were in lost control near Ratili and rolled several times. On Monday, January 2, 2022, Nyamira Town, Nyamira County, was overtaken by a sad tone as the family of Mr. Clinton Maosa Obwocha put him to rest. Mr. Obwocha and his cousin Ms. Daisy Barongo Binyanya, 25, perished in a gruesome traffic collision on the Narok-Bomet section.

According to a statement from the police, three further persons were hurt in the fatal collision. "This happened on December 24, 2022, about 11:20 a.m. at Ratili area map reference ZP 96563; which is located about 11 km west of the station along Narok-Bomet route.
