Enraged Narok Town Residents Chase Away Deputy County Commissioner After Attempting to Calm Protests
Angry residents of Narok town chased away area Deputy County Commissioner Mutuku Mwenga when he attempted to calm down the residents who were protesting over police harassment in the town.The residents had spent the better part of the day protesting on the streets decrying police harrassment over face masks due to corona virus.

Narok residents closed the Mai mahu road over claims that the police in the area were soliciting for bribes and harassing residents in the area as they enforced covid-19 rules.The claim that the OCS was mistreating them in the area and also during there work because of not putting mask on and once they are arrested the only way out is to bribe the police with much cash, during this tough times we should not be harrased by the police in the name of enforcing covid-19 rules they said.
