A group of detectives are on the ground to unravel how two vehicles belonging to the British Army Training Unit (Batuk) were stolen. The discovery of the missing vehicles was arrived at on Thursday last week following abrupt audit of the motorvehicle in the well-protected unit. The incident was filed at the Nanyuki Police Station.
Daniel Kibbara, a police officer based in Laikipia county left locals in the Karandi area in a somber mood after he mysteriously committed suicide by shooting himself on Sunday evening while with his wife inside the house. The deceased officer ended his life using a pistol while at his Karandi home at around 11 pm.
