The family of late businessman Samuel Irungu Maingi who died after his drink was allegedly spiked has cried out to the police to quickly hunt for those involved in his death. The body of 59 year old Samuel Irungu was found in his house in Kagio town. He had reportedly gone home with two ladies who had spent the night with him in a club.

Head Teacher Arrested For Violating A Child's Basic Right
Mwangi John Macharia according to a report from the Kirinyaga police station was arrested, following the violation of a 13 years old pupil's right to education. During the Midday incident on the KCPE day 1, the pupil who hails from the Mwea West Sub-County, in Kirinyaga County, duly reported to the examination institution but was completely barred from accessing his class due to the huge balance of the outstanding shool fees.
