Robert Alai, a popular blogger has been arrested. According to our sources, the blogger is being held at the Kilimani police station. His arrest follows a confrontation between him and famous Ringtone singer Apoko on Thursday, July 23 in Kilimani, Nairobi. The fight is said to have started after Alai's Subaru car collided with Ringtone's car, causing a fierce exchange that resulted in the singer injuring the right side of his face.
Musician Julius Owino popularly known as Juliani On Thursday recorded a statement at Kilimani police station over an alleged threat of life. Kilimani Sub-county Police Commander Muturi Mbogo said that the matter is being investigated.
