Tharaka Nithi County Boss Muthomi Njuki has pleaded with the national Government to procrastinate the 2022 election and use that money to buy food for the vulnerable counties affected by the drought and hunger. According to Nation Africa official Tweeter page, the Governor argues that the government should use the money set aside for polls to buy relief food instead.
