Famous Traffic Police officer Lucas alias "Mungu Baba" has died at his house in Tudor, Mombasa, reports Tycoonnews.  While details of his cause of death remain scanty, reports on the group reveals that he was under home-based care before his death. It's still not clear whether he succumbed to the novel virus.  In a span of one month, over 10 police officers have been reported dead.  His death comes days after a police commander stationed at NPS Training College "A" Embakasi died while receiving treatment
