Former Harambee Stars Coach Jacob Mulee alias Ghost has quit his role as Kenya Premier League newbies Kenya Police FC Technical Director barely two months since he took over. Mulee started his role as Technical Director on 31st October and was tasked with taking charge of the team’s playing philosophy, recruiting, and overall well-being on the pitch.
