Five years later, the former Funyula legislator has rejoined ODM and is widely seen as the favourite to succeed Ojaamong.However, according to a survey released by TIFA Research on Thursday, 10 March, if elections are held today, Otuoma would come a distant third behind Florence Mutua and Sakwa Bunyasi.In the poll, 31% of residents would vote Mutua, 19% Bunyasi while only 17% would cast their ballot in favour of Otuoma.
