According to the video clip seen by the writer online the first in command while speaking at statehouse during the send off of three commissioners that is IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati, Abdi Guliye and Molu Boya today, he has said that after the parliament forwarded the report about the commissioners he was only set to form a tribunal to hear them and that he cannot be involved in the ouster of the commissioners when it's being handled by the tribunal.
