Ministry of defence cabinet secretary Hon Aden Duale says that Garissa constituency residents have said a big 'no' during the recent campaigns to elect a new member of the national assembly. According to Duale, the residents have said no to ethnic and local political parties and politics of division during the by-election that was held today to pick who will replace him in the national assembly.
