It is painful and sad as senior police officer, Mary Migwi lost 3 children and the maid to fire accident.According to Digital Cops on their Facebook account,police were informed about the incident and rushed to the scene.They put off the fire but recognized 4 bodies badly burnt beyond recognition.
A cloud of mourning befell the city of Nakuru on the 2nd day of May 2021 after three children and house help perished in a fire tragedy in the town of Nakuru.Mary Migwi, a police cop based in Nakuru was thrown into an ocean of mourning following the unfortunate demise of her three children identified as Leah Njoki, Teresa Wanjiku, Mildred Agal and house help identified as Mary Wairimu.
It is a sad moment at Ituati village in Karatina, as family and colleagues of Mary Migwi lay to rest her 3 angels namely, Leah Njoki 10yrs, Teresia Wanjiru 7yrs, and Mildred Agal 2yrs.Mary Migwi is an officer attached to Elementaita, Gilgil Constituency-Nakuru County.

Today was an emotional day in Karatina Itaiti village as Mary Wandia Migwi, a police officer who lost her 3 daughters and househelp through a fire accident laid her daughters to rest.The fire accident which occured at 9 PM on 1st May is believed to have been caused by a candle which was left lit as the four slept inside the house in Pakawa, Nakuru county.
