Operations in Meru Maua road have been affected after bodaboda operators have started protests demanding ksh 600,000 handed by Deputy President William Samoei Ruto, from Tigania MP Gichunge Kabeabea. The protestors are burning tiles on the middle of the road affecting transport activities on the road. The cases of protests have risen in areas where DP William Ruto visits and hands some money to be shared.
