Fifteen years old Mellan Njeri went back to school after well wishers came to her rescue. Mellan's picture went viral online after she was spotted along Kenyatta avenue streets in Nairobi, pleading to Kenyans to help her pay her school fees. She had been sent home with a fee balance of approximately thirty thousand which her mother could not afford to pay.
